For guests looking for luxury — Big Chief VIP offers premium covered seating at the three Main Stages, an air-conditioned hospitality lounge; exclusive bars and private restrooms.

Your pass will also include:
- Re-Entry privileges at the Festival’s main gates
- Exclusive VIP entrance
- Special bleacher seating in the Blues Tent and WWOZ Jazz Tent
- Exclusive beverage stands at the viewing platforms with beer, wine, cocktails, water and soft drinks for purchase

Things to note:
- Each person, aged two or older, must have a laminated ticket and the corresponding wristband in order to enter the premium ticket areas

Rules and Restrictions:
This pass does not allow access to the Grand Marshal area in front of the stages, Grand Marshal hospitality tent, the Krewe of Jazz Fest stand, or the GA+ Lounge. If access to those areas is desired please purchase those separately.

On Location representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in and pick up your tickets. Basically, a one-stop check-in for everything!
Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package check-in.
If you cannot attend the event or if you purchased as a gift: please note, hotel name changes may be authorized up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. After Thursday, April 9th 2026 no alternate pick-ups will be allowed.
VIP Shuttles pick-up/drop off zones will be at a convenient location within very short walking distance from your hotel.
