Nope! Jazz Fest is open to people of all ages! However, when purchasing a travel package, all persons must be at 21+ to check into the hotel. People under the age of 21 may still occupy a room; however, the person whose name is booked on the reservation must be 21+ of age to check in and must present valid photo identification. 

Yes! You can select between 1 - 4 GA or Krewe of Jazz, Grand Marshal, or Big Chief VIP. You will get the same perks as any other non-travel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Travel Package guest.

Yes, there are payment plans for all travel packages!  

• 33% down + 2 installment payments collected monthly from date of purchase available until January 15, 2026 
• 50% down + 1 installment payment collected the following month from the date of purchase available starting January 16, 2026 until Feb 15, 2026 

All packages are 4-nights, check-in on Thursday and check-out on Monday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online.

On Location representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in and pick up your tickets. Basically, a one-stop check-in for everything!   

Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package check-in.

Hotel parking is not included in the package. Valet and/or self-parking is available upon arrival for additional fees. Public city parking is also available near all hotels for a fee.

It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email.

If you would like to request an accessible room or wheelchair accessible shuttle, please reach out to us at music@onlocationexp.com immediately after purchase so we can best accommodate your requests.

We are offering the additional night add-ons of Wed. 4/22 (Week 1) and Wed. 4/29 (Week 2). If you are interested in adding Wednesday onto your package, please reach out to our team directly at music@onlocationexp.com. 

To add additional nights outside of what we offer to your travel package, you will need to book those nights directly with the hotel. Please note that the front desk will most likely not have your travel package reservation information yet. Once you’ve booked the additional night(s) with the hotel, please reach out to our Guest Services team at music@onlocationexp.com with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.  

To accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at music@onlocationexp.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.

Yes! You will be able to access any area of the festival that General Admission guests are permitted to access. (Please note – this does not include GA+ areas)  

No. On Location’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners.
